Once your appointment is confirmed over the phone, downloading the app and registering your information before your visit will shorten your wait time at reception.

QR codes for the app download are also posted inside the clinic, so you can easily download and register at the reception desk when you arrive.

【​Information for Returning Patients】

Simply scan the QR code at the reception desk to complete your check-in.

For changing appointments or other inquiries outside of regular hours or during clinic holidays, using the notification feature in the "Digisma-Shinryo" app is more convenient than calling. We will respond to your messages as much as possible.
